Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)
At this stage, Pure Affinity ships exclusively within Australia. We do not currently offer international shipping.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
Custom or blended perfumes may require additional preparation time, which will be clearly communicated at checkout or by email.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times within Australia typically range from 2–8 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or peak periods.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery, re-shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where applicable, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
